Value-Based Management as the Method of Increase of Financial Efficiency of Enterprise (p. 105 - 106)
The modern instruments of estimation of efficiency of management by an enterprise are analysed within the limits of conception of the value-based management. Possibilities of the use of criterion of EVA are grounded for estimation of efficiency of management by financially-economic activity of enterprises of extractive industry.
