Work Motivation at Trade Enterprise (p. 147 - 149)
The article analyses the peculiarities of the system of motivation of the workers of trade enterprises. It considers two system blocks: material and nonmaterial stimulation. The work also considers the requirements and distinctive characteristics of the motivation system at specific enterprises.
