The article is dedicated to the consideration of the criteria of innovation activity assessment of the subjects of economic activity. It gives the assessment of innovation activity and perceptibility, competitiveness of the AR of Crimea, provides the authoring of the system of indexes for calculation of innovation development and competitiveness of the region.
