Introduction of Effective Management System of Industrial Resourse (p. 154 - 160)
The issue of inventory management as the most important constituent of the system of the general management of enterprises’ business activities is considered in the article. The necessity of implementing the effective system of productive reserve management with the help of the model for defining restrictive productive reserves’ concentration is generalized so that it can allow the enterprise to use its tangible assets more effectively.
