The Features of the State Regulation of the Processes of Socio-Economic Modernization of the Sphere of Commodity Circulation. (p. 78 - 83)
The article is aimed at detailed analyzing the conditions of formation of institutional environment of the entities of the sphere commodity circulation and defining the features of the State regulation of the social-economic modernization processes of the sphere of commodity circulation. An analysis of development and normative-legal provision of the economic processes of the national economy is carried out with emphasis on the sphere of commodity circulation and the transformational processes as a whole. The main stages and features of the State regulation of the socio-economic modernization of the sphere of commodity circulation are defined and the institutional basis of modernization processes is allocated. The author provides methods of the State regulation, subdivided into legal, administrative, economic, and the implemented by means of a necessary specific instrumentarium. The factors of influence on the socio-economic modernization of the sphere of commodity circulation are determined and the main features of the State regulation of the socio-economic modernization of the sphere of commodity circulation are allocated.
