Variance Analysis of Market Value of House Buildings (p. 135 - 137)
Development of economic reform in the house sector of economy pulled forward essentially new requirements to the estimation of assets of house operating enterprises. The determination of market value of dwelling-houses is among these problems. Possibility of the use of method of variance analysis for the estimation of market value of dwelling-houses is proved in the article.
