Main Directions of Developing the Data Bases for Statistical Studying the Consumption of Goods and Services by the Population of Ukraine (p. 236 - 241)
This article presents an analysis of the use of statistical tools for household living conditions (HLC) survey in the individual EU Member Countries and Ukraine, approaches to developing and use of means of information support for managing the processes of consuming products and services have been determined. The author has analyzed the individual information resources for surveying household living conditions, he has proposed use of special thematic questionnaires aimed at the disadvantaged social groups, for estimating the poverty indicators as well as debt loads of the population. The information resources, which were designed and analyzed by the author, provided for enabling a conceptual approach to the decision-making on the basis of means of information support.
