Evaluating the Effectiveness of Structural Changes in the Industrial Production of Ukraine (p. 148 - 155)
The article is aimed to determine structural changes in the industrial production of Ukraine on the basis of relative indicators of structural changes and then to analyze the effectiveness of these changes. The priority of the transformational changes in industrial production is determined as achieving the maximum effectiveness of development. The analysis of dynamics of change in the structure of industrial production has been conducted by types of economic activity on the basis of the income figures on production realization (goods, works, services), the number of employed workers, staff costs, entire costs related to activities of industrial enterprises in 2010-2013. A calculation of the indicators of structural change has been carried out, as well as the alternative coefficient of structural changes – the cosine factor – has been counted. On the basis of the indicator of elasticity an analysis of the relationship between personnel costs and the number of employed workers, the number of employed workers and income from sales of products, all the activity costs and the income from sales of products by activity types was carried out. The main trends of structural changes in the time span of 2010-2013 have been specified. It has been noticed that the greatest changes occurred in 2013, as compared with 2010. Also an evaluation of effectiveness of dynamics of the Ukrainian industrial production structure by types of economic activity was conducted. Prospects of the further researches are comprehensive analysis of industrial production with elaborating an integral indicator of effectiveness of the industrial production in Ukraine.
