The Formation of the Consensus Strategy of the State Policy of Ensuring Economic Security and Sustainable Development of Rural Territories (p. 158 - 165)
The article is aimed at developing the theoretical and applicable recommendations on formation of the consensus strategy of the State policy of ensuring economic security and sustainable development of rural territories. The interrelationship between processes of ensuring economic security and sustainable development has been researched. Priority directions of the mutually agreed State policy of ensuring economic security in the context of the structural components of sustainable development of rural territories of Ukraine have been substantiated. A suitable strategy has been proposed, providing for increased social and environmental orientation of security policy, shifting tools and means of the latter into the plane of long-term priorities of sustainable development of rural territories, overcoming the inertia of managerial processes in the spatially-regional dimension, formalization of the preventive mechanisms for warding off risks and threats to the establishment of processes of sustainable development. The author has elaborated mechanisms and tools of the State policy of ensuring economic security for rural territories, taking into consideration 17 goals of the global UNO program of sustainable human development (Agenda for Sustainable Development) for the period of 2016-2030.
