The Methodical Instrumentarium for Ensuring the Competitiveness of Potential of the Construction Industry Sector (p. 109 - 114)
The article is aimed at studying the competitiveness of potential of the construction industry sector, which is nowadays one of the most important sectors of the national economy. The specific features characterizing potential of the construction industry and, in particular, the competitiveness of potential of the sector, have been analyzed. The essence of the concept of «ensuring» has been researched. The methodical instrumentarium for ensuring the competitiveness of potential of the construction industry has been developed, which consists of the stages of setting goals, a description of the current situation, the formation of competitiveness of potential, making and implementation of managerial decisions, and monitoring results of ensuring the competitiveness of potential.
