Analyzing the Effectiveness of Leverages of the Regulatory Policy (p. 49 - 54)
The article is aimed at determining the degree of interaction and activity of leverages and their impact on objectives of the regulatory policy. On the basis of cognitive modeling, factors of influence have been related to leverages of the regulatory policy. Effectiveness of leverages has been analyzed in terms of defining their implementation as to environmental impact and ensuring the regulation objectives. Matrices of the following influence factors have been provided: globalization and integration, political and legal, economic, social, system, moral and professional. Interaction of indicators of the aggregate and their effectiveness have been determined. Proceeding from the results of the analysis, the matrices of arrangement of leverages of the regulatory policy have been presented, which provided to determine the activity level of leverages and their integratedness into system. In the context of solving the task set, it has been found that leverages of the regulatory policy turned out to be insufficiently coordinated, despite their high level of activity that requires restructuring of architectonics of the system of regulatory policy in Ukraine in general.
