The Conceptual Foundations of Diagnosing the Economic Security of the Agrarian Sphere (p. 127 - 132)
The article is aimed at studying the conceptual and categorical framework of the definition of «economic security», systematizing the algorithmic modeling of process of diagnostics of economic security, allocating and substantiating the key indicators for evaluating the level of economic security of the agrarian sphere. Based on the analysis of legislative and normative documents together with scientific research results by scientists, the components of economic security have been allocated, in terms of which an evaluation should be performed. The list of indicators of diagnostic process has been systematized in terms of the aggregates of constituents of economic security, i.e. financial, production, food, intellectually-staffing and investment-innovation. The key stages of evaluation of economic security of the agrarian sphere have been presented in the algorithmic sequence. The proposed algorithm for diagnostics of economic security will provide information resources that will provide to simulate the strategic scenario, thus contributing to the integrated solution of tasks related to providing the optimal level of economic security of the agrarian sphere at the corresponding hierarchical level of management.
