Middle Class as a Basic Condition to Sustainable Innovative Socially-Oriented Development of the Economy (p. 61 - 66)
The article is aimed to study the phenomenon of middle class as a basic condition for implementing the strategy for sustainable, innovative and social-centered development of the economy. The main trends in the development of middle class in both the world and the national economy have been analyzed. Actuality of existence of middle class in the State as a basic condition for the implementation of strategy for sustainable, innovative and social-centered development of both the production and the national economy as a whole has been substantiated. A list of State programs in the terms of socialization of production in order to meet the vital interests (VI) of population's majority and formation of middle class has been elaborated. It has been proposed, for the establishment of the State, which aspires to sustainability, create the conditions to meet the VI of its population's majority in the form of implementation of the programs, listed by the author, in the context of socialization of production. Otherwise, probability of crisis situations, especially in the economy as the concentrated expression of policy, increases.
